Request account deletion

SafeFrame (by Digital Circle LLC) is the kindergarten photo gallery app on Google Play. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Steps to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address linked to your SafeFrame account to pajicu86@gmail.com with the subject line SafeFrame account deletion.
2. Include your full name and the kindergarten name shown in the app (if known).
3. We will verify account ownership and confirm deletion by email, usually within 30 days.
4. Alternatively, ask your kindergarten administrator to forward a deletion request on your behalf.

Data that will be deleted

• Your login account (email and authentication record).
• Your profile (display name, role, and device registrations linked to your user).
• Associations between your account and children/groups, where applicable.

Data that may be kept

• Published photos that include your child may remain in kindergarten albums managed by the Institution for other authorized parents and for legal or archival obligations. Ask your Institution if you need specific images removed.
• Technical and security logs (e.g., pipeline timestamps; no photo content in logs) for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized where possible.
• Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

Delete data without deleting your account
